As Operations Manager and the organizational backbone of the team, Kristen has been with Team Farnham since 2013. Over more than a decade she has been part of 1,000+ transactions, giving her an encyclopedic knowledge of the buying and selling process that clients and team members alike rely on.

Kristen works primarily behind the scenes — supporting Matt, managing team systems, overseeing client care, and making sure the entire operation runs smoothly so that agents can focus on what they do best. Most clients never see the work she does — but they absolutely feel it in the experience they receive.

Outside the office, Kristen is a proud mom of two busy girls — and if she’s not keeping the team running behind the scenes, she’s almost certainly on the sidelines cheering them on at whatever sport is in season.
