Leslie Farnham is the original Team Farnham. When Matt launched his real estate career in 2004, Leslie was right there beside him — and the team they built together has been serving families across the Las Vegas Valley ever since. As Co-Founder, Leslie has played a vital role in shaping the foundation, systems, and client experience that define Team Farnham today.

While Matt leads the day-to-day real estate operations, Leslie remains an integral part of the team’s leadership and direction. She is deeply involved in supporting the team behind the scenes, helping guide the culture, and ensuring the client experience consistently reflects the values the Farnhams built the business on from the very beginning.

Leslie’s influence can be seen in the heart of the company — a commitment to relationships, genuine care for the people they serve, and the belief that real estate is about far more than transactions. It’s about helping families build meaningful lives in the communities they call home.

Outside of the business, Leslie is a devoted mom to their three children and the steady anchor of the Farnham family. Together, Matt and Leslie built Team Farnham around a simple mission: Loving Las Vegas Through Real Estate. Leslie continues to play a key role in keeping that mission at the center of everything the team does.
