Nick Cope
Nick Cope brings a background that sets him apart in the Las Vegas real estate market. A UNLV graduate with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Nick spent a decade delivering luxury VIP experiences at some of Las Vegas’s most iconic properties — the Bellagio, Aria, MGM Grand, Cosmopolitan, and Caesars Palace. That foundation in hospitality, client service, and attention to detail translates directly into how he serves buyers and sellers today.
Before joining Team Farnham, Nick partnered on three major real estate development projects across the Midwest — including a 417-unit luxury multifamily complex in Illinois, 115 new construction homes in Iowa, and a historic courthouse renovation in Mississippi — giving him a depth of real estate knowledge most agents simply don’t have. Since joining Team Farnham in 2023, Nick has closed over 45 transactions and has quickly become a trusted resource for buyers and sellers across the Las Vegas Valley.
Nick is deeply rooted in the Las Vegas community. He serves as a Ministry Partner at Central Church in Henderson and has been actively involved with Hope for the City, a nonprofit that has provided food to more than 1.5 million individuals across Southern Nevada.
